How to Archive a Booking Message or Conversation

1. Log In to the Mad Paws App

Start by logging in to your Mad Paws account through our mobile app or the website. Make sure you have the latest version of the app installed for the best experience.

2. Access Your Messages

In the app, go to the Messages section. This is where you’ll find all your conversations related to bookings and pet care requests.

3. Select the Conversation

Find the conversation you wish to archive. Tap on it to open and view the full message thread.

4. Archive the Conversation

Look for the Archive option. This is usually represented by an archive icon (often a box or a folder). Tap on this icon to move the conversation to your archived messages.

5. Confirm Archiving

A confirmation prompt may appear. Confirm your choice to ensure that the conversation is successfully archived.

Accessing Archived Conversations

If you need to review an archived conversation later:

1. Navigate to Archived Messages: In the app, there will be a dedicated section or filter for archived messages in your Messages tab.
2. Select the Archived Conversation: Tap on it to view the full message thread.
