Log into Mad Paws and go to your Messages. Within your **Messages**, you will see your message history with your Pet Sitter. Find the message history for the Sitter with whom you are confirming the end of stay.


When you click into the conversation, you will see a “**Confirm End of Stay**” button on the lower right-hand side of your screen.


The “Confirm End of Stay” button will appear on the booking’s last day or around in the afternoon of that day.

Once you have clicked “Confirm End of Stay”, you will need to confirm the booking you wish to end. At this stage, you can leave a review for your Pet Sitter (this will also release their payment to them) It's as easy as 1, 2, 3!


You will then receive a notification that you have confirmed the end of stay.
