Your profile won't be active until it has been approved by our Customer Service team, who will check your application within 7 business days. We may ask for more information if needed. It is important to note that we decline 50% of applications for one of the following reasons: 

-   **Bio is too Short** - We expect at least 3 paragraphs detailing your Pet Sitter experience, love of animals, and how your service will improve the lives of pets!
-   **Blurry Photos -** We need to be able to see your name and Date of Birth clearly on your ID
-   **Not enough photos in Gallery -** Owners are attracted to Pet Sitter Profiles with several photos. We recommend at least five on your photo Gallery.
