You can see how quickly a Sitter responds and their response rate when you complete a search and on their profile. We also promote when a Sitter has updated their Calendar recently.

If the Pet Sitter doesn’t answer, don't worry: we have many other trusted Sitters on Mad Paws you can contact. In this situation, we recommend you send out a few more booking requests to different Pet Sitter's in your area. This will increase your chance of finding the perfect Pet Sitter.
