I have a complaint about the Pet Sitter/Service.

We take feedback and complaints very seriously and also understand how frustrating this may be for you. We advise that you:

1. Try and mediate with the person who is offering the service.
   • This is the fastest and most effective way, Sitters are more than usually willing to accommodate for most situations.
2. You can escalate it to Mad Paws, please include:

• Your details
• Booking Number
• Summary of what has happened
• Summary of your expectations
