How do I apply for a COVID-19 Vaccination Badge?

We are now offering fully vaccinated Pet Sitters a COVID-19 Vaccination Badge to appear on their profile so that Owners can see who in our Community is fully vaccinated.

To have this badge added to your profile you will need to:

1. Complete a Support Ticket Reason "I want a Badge" select COVID Vaccination Badge
2. Attach your vaccination certificate - we will accept Australian Government-issued
   • Certificates downloaded as a pdf
   • Screenshot from your Digital Wallet or Medicare App.
3. Our Customer Service team will check the certificate and add the badge to your profile.

The vaccination program is how we as a country are going to be able to return to some normality this Summer. We know that Sitters will have varying opinions about vaccination but as a Marketplace, we want to offer Owners the opportunity to choose who will care for their Pets.
