All of our Pet Sitters have to go through our thorough [vetting process](https://madpaws.brainfi.sh/articles/how-does-mad-paws-verify-their-pet-sitters-ZvjsI3Brcp), before they are allowed onto our website. We only approve one-third of all Pet Sitter applications that we receive. We also continuously review the service our Pet Sitters provide, to make sure they continue to provide the best service possible.Every booking that is made through Mad Paws is covered by Mad Paws Accident Cover (Including our $10 million Public liability policy), which covers you and your client’s pets.. So when you make a booking, you are guaranteed that we have provided our best efforts in ensuring that your pet is not only safe, but will have the best time when you're away! Also, keep an eye out for the Police Check badge on our Pet Sitter's profiles. This means that we have received a copy of their Police Check which has been checked and verified by a member of the Mad Paws team.
