The Repeat Performance module of your Sitter Dashboard will allow you to understand how many opportunities you have to rebook previous clients.

We know that caring for the same Pet is easier and that is why we want to encourage you to book Pets time and time again.

**How is it calculated?**

Total Repeat business is the percentage of bookings from previous clients in the last 90 days. 

**Why is this number useful?**

This number indicates a couple of things; if a client is happy with your service they will be more inclined to book with you. Ask clients if they will need you again soon, [use our rebooking feature](/doc/e8dd52bb-013e-492d-bf34-ecba8d54b1eb) to lock in a future booking.  We know some areas of Australia won't have a very high repeat booking rate. For example, Sitters outside National and Regional Parks may not have many repeat clients and that's ok. 

**What happens if I've only done one job?**

It will show 0% but after you rebook the same Pet again your stats will improve.

**What services will it show?** 

All the services you offer where you have had the same client again in the last 90 days. 

**How often is the data refreshed?**

It is refreshed daily. 

**How is the local average calculated?**

Other sitters within a 10km radius of your listed postcode. Capped at 100 Sitters in densely populated areas. In Regional areas, the radius will extend to include a minimum of 10 Sitters.
