-   **Provide a profile photo** of yourself (maybe one with you and a pet)
-   **20-30 words** about you and your experience
-   **Service types you want to be listed** (ie, Pet Hosting, Pet Day Care, House Visiting)
-   **Your Instagram handle** (optional)

We will add all of your details to your chosen branded template, including creating you a unique Mad Paws shortlink and QR code. Once completed we will email you a pdf back for you to print at home or a local printer. 

These could be posted on local Community Boards at Dog Parks, Shopping Centres, anywhere you think appropriate. We would not recommend putting these in people's mailboxes.
