# What if the Pet Sitter doesn't reply?

Feel free to send the Pet Sitter a reminder message! Most Pet Sitters will respond within an hour of receiving your enquiry.


You can see how quickly a Sitter responds and their response rate when you complete a search and on their profile. We also promote when a Sitter has updated their Calendar recently.
