Rates vary due to the unique and varied [services](https://madpaws.brainfi.sh/articles/what-services-does-mad-paws-offer-hFTGAEeZjP) that our Pet Sitters provide. Pet Sitters set their own prices for all of the services they offer. These will vary from Sitter to Sitter, their experience, what they offer, and the area you are in. Average prices are available [here](https://madpaws.brainfi.sh/articles/12e3a1dd-a8ea-45fe-9a96-32172a300261) *(however, this may vary depending on the area and season).* We have established guidelines for each Service Type (these are to be used as a maximum length of time per service type.) We recommend the following times for each service type: * **Hosting** (Pet stays at Sitter's home) overnight up to 24 hours * **Sitting** (Sitter stay at pets home) overnight up to 24 hours * **Day** **Care** up to 10 hours, drop off around 7-9am pick up 5-7pm * **House Visit**  30 minutes per visit * **Dog Walk** up to one hour We recommend you discuss your expectations with the Sitter before a booking is paid for. As always it is up to you and the Sitter to come to an agreement around the needs of you and your Pet. Make sure you read over the Sitters profile to see what exactly they offer for your pets.
