What are Sitter Statistics?
What do all the numbers mean? Why do they matter? Below is a short breakdown of our Sitter Statistics and how they relate to your prospects as a Sitter.
\
Repeat Customer Rate (RCR) - This is a percentage. It is calculated by looking at the total amount of unique customers you have and comparing it to how many have come back.
\
E.g John S has 18 customers since he has been with Mad Paws and 12 of them have come back. His RCR = (12/18)*100 = 66.6%
\
Booking Completion Rate (CV) - This is a percentage. It is calculated by looking at the total amount of Booking Requests you have received and comparing to how many you have accepted and completed.
\
E.g John S has had 65 booking requests since he has been with Mad Paws and 46 he has completed. His CV = (46/65)*100 = 70.7%
\
Repeat Stays - This is calculated by looking at the total amount of bookings you have had (Regardless of booking type) from customers that have booked with you a second time. The same customers that make up your RCR!
\
Response Rate - This is a percentage. It looks at the amount of times you have responded back to a customer. It doesn’t matter if you say “I’d love to accept your booking”, “I’m afraid I can’t meet your needs”, or “Can I get back to you?”
\
Tip: Maintaining a 100% response rate helps your search ranking!
\
Average Response Time - This is the average amount of time you take to respond to an enquiry that a customer has sent to you. We group them so they are easy to understand
\
Calendar Updated? - This looks to see if you have updated your calendar in the last month or not.
\
Tip: We encourage updating on a weekly basis. It will keep your schedule organised and the search ranking algorithm pushes you higher up on the list!
\
Average Star Rating - Everyone knows this one! Here we average the score (out of 5 stars) that your customers have given you after each booking.
