# Response Time - What is it & how it can help me?

This is the average amount of time you take to respond to an enquiry that a customer has sent to you. We group them so they are easy to understand.

**Note**: This is an average - so if you generally reply within the hour but one or two of them have gone a few hours, it can affect your time significantly.

**Tip**: Make sure you have your notifications active for the Mad Paws App and active on your Desktop browser.

\

This not only looks better for you **(as it is visible to the owner on the search page)** but also provides a better experience for the Pet Owner

**Where Can I see mine?**

You can view this on your profile, it will be displayed near your profile picture. It is also displayed on the search results page on your profile tile.

\

On a fortnightly basis (Starting March 2020) we will send you an email which contains a dashboard of all your statistics.

\

**How is it Calculated?**

\

This is an Average. It looks at the amount of times you have taken to respond back to a customer. 

\

**Tip**: Our best Pet Sitters generally have the time of "Within the hour" or "Within a few hours"
