# I have a complaint about the Pet Sitter/Service.

We take feedback and complaints very seriously and also understand how frustrating this may be for you. We advise that you:



1. Try and mediate with the person who is offering the service.
   * This is the fastest and most effective way, Sitters are more than usually willing to accommodate for most situations.
2.  You can escalate it to Mad Paws, please include:
   * Your details
   * Booking Number
   * Summary of what has happened
   * Summary of your expectations


If you think this is an emergency, please contact us at **02 8046 6536** during our business hours. Our hours are from 9:00AM to 5:00PM AEST on Mondays to Fridays and from 10:00AM to 5:00PM AEST on Saturdays.
