How long does it take for Mad Paws to review and approve my profile?

Once you have completed your Pet Sitting Profile and have uploaded both your Certificate of Completion and your ID, we will review and approve your Profile.
This process usually takes Seven Business days.
We decline 50% of applications for one of the following reasons:
- Bio is too Short - We expect at least 3 paragraphs detailing your Pet Sitter experience, love of animals, and how your service will improve the lives of pets!
- Blurry Photos - We need to be able to see your name and Date of Birth clearly on your ID
- Not enough photos in Gallery - Owners are attracted to Pet Sitter Profiles with several photos. We recommend at least five on your photo Gallery.
Watch this video to ensure that your Profile has the best chance of being approved.
After approval, your Profile will be displayed in the Mad Paws Search Results. Below is a screenshot of where you can upload your ID and your Certificate.
