# How does the Mad Paws booking flow work?

Owners will need to [Search for Sitter](https://madpaws.brainfi.sh/articles/how-do-i-find-a-pet-sitter-for-my-pet-EVP8QXKWWa) and send them an enquiry. Sitters will then respond about their availability. We always recommend [conducting a Meet and Greet](https://madpaws.brainfi.sh/articles/can-i-meet-a-pet-sitter-before-agreeing-to-a-booking-with-them-t052T4lRbH) so that you, your pet and Sitter are comfortable together.
