How do I know if this is a scam?
Recently we have seen a rise in individuals willing to abuse the caring and helpful nature of many in Sitters within our Community.
We always encourage our Sitters to communicate with prospective Owners via our messaging system to begin with and then share contact details once you are comfortable to organise a Meet and Greet.
As always the safety of you and the animals in your care is our number one priority.
Stop - and think if the inquiry or request is genuine.
Ask - us for help if you're unsure if the request is legitimate.
Remember - if it seems suspicious, it probably is.
Keep your communication on our Messaging platform so we can help you if needed. Never send ID, personal information or share your password with anyone.
