# How do I keep Owners happy while looking after their pets?

There's one simple answer: **photos, and lots of them****!** 

This is a **strict requirement set by Mad Paws**. Unless otherwise specified by the Owner, we insist that photos, videos, and updates are sent to the Owner on a daily basis.

Owners love receiving daily updates on how their fur babies are doing. Sometimes it might feel like you're overloading them with photos and videos - but we think **the more the better!**

This also ensures that the Pet Owner knows you're with their pet during the times specified in the Meet & Greet. It can also avoid any negative reviews after the booking, which can affect your profile ranking on the website.
