# How do I get paid for a booking?

After the end of the booking, the Pet Owner will be prompted to '[Confirm the end of stay](https://help.madpaws.com.au/support/solutions/articles/9000069614-how-do-i-confirm-the-end-of-stay-)'. Once they have done this you will be able to redeem your payment. If for some reason a Pet Owner doesn't confirm the end of stay it will be automatically confirmed after 7 days. [The payment for the booking](https://www.madpaws.com.au/billing-history) (less our commission will be paid into your Mad Paws Balance).

You will need to redeem any available funds from your Mad Paws account. We pay out these requests **every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday** (except for public holidays) most banks will receive your funds the next business day. We recommend redeeming your funds before 3pm.

**1.** Log into your Mad Paws account and go to your **Account Overview;**

**2.** In your Account Overview you will be able to request your payment by going to either [Balance or Request Payment;](https://www.madpaws.com.au/billing-history)

**3**. To request your payment you will need to redeem your balance. If you are doing this for the first time you will be prompted to enter your preferred payment details (either your bank details or PayPal account);

This means that Mad Paws is processing your payment.

**5.** Mad Paws will then process your redeem request and make a payment to your nominated bank or PayPal Account.
