# How do I change my bank or PayPal details?

If this is the first time redeeming your balance you will automatically be prompted to enter your preferred payment details.

For those who would like to change their existing details just follow the instruction below:

**1.** Login to your Mad Paws account and go to the **Account Overview** page. Under your profile picture will show your balance, click on **Request Payment.**

**2.** On the next page click on the **Redeem $XX** button.

**3.** Select **Change Payment Details** on this page

**4.** In this final step, choose whether you want to be paid to a bank account or PayPal account. Fill in your personal details and don't forget to click **Confirm New Account.**

Next time you redeem your Pet Sitter balance the funds will be transferred into the account you have entered.
