# Can I remove or respond to a review?

Generally, reviews cannot be removed or changed. In rare extreme cases, if a Pet Sitter finds a good enough and suitable reason to dispute a review, Mad Paws does reserve the right to remove or edit the review that was left by the Pet Owner.
