# Can I block a Pet Sitter?

At present, this feature is not available. We would appreciate your feedback on this matter, which you can provide by selecting the ***[Submit a Request](https://madpaws.brainfi.sh/request-form)*** option.


If there is an issue, click the green icon on the bottom right corner of the screen to chat with us. When you chat, be sure to mention:

* Your details
* Booking Number
* Summary of what has happened
